3. Client Responsibilities

4. Payments & Fees

- All fees are due as agreed

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services, hosted assets, or system access.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Palm Wave Studios.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

- All payments are non-refundable

- No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed work

- Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment

6. Hosting & Access

Where Palm Wave Studios provides hosting, CRM access, or system management:

- Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment

- Continued access after termination is not guaranteed unless agreed in writing

- We are not responsible for data loss following service termination

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

- Palm Wave Studios retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, workflows, code, and systems

- Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their intended purpose

- Non-confidential concepts, techniques, and frameworks may be reused

8. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number and submitting forms on our website, you consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Palm Wave Studios LLC for the following purposes:
